On the 26th September, we held our much anticipated and first fundraising event entitled Sustainable Laughter at The Cape Town Comedy Club. Many of you may not be aware that the Humanitarians have been self-sustaining themselves for the last three years. This auspicious occasion allowed us to venture out and obtained funding from our generous sponsors and attendees on the evening. Without the support the evening would not have been a success and we would not have raised the R1438.00 funds We are sincerely grateful and appreciate your support in this endeavor. The monies generated will be focused towards our community projects. Specifically, our follow-up Biokinetic Humanitarian Project in the community of Bonteheuwel which will be conducted on the 22nd October 2016. Complimentary exercise testing, exercise programs as well as evaluating those individuals whom had participated in the first session in June will be done.
