On the 2 March marked the day of the launch for The Banting Pocket Guide (in association with The Noakes Foundation) and our director and your Mr South Africa, Habib Noorbhai was the MC on the evening. As you may know, The Humanitarians has always focused on healthy sustainable eating and supports the low carbohydrate, high fat lifestyle but are more so are interested in ways to bring these to communities where it is much needed. Our fellow NPO, Homey Impact was also in attendance focused on gaining information on making the lifestyle sustainable.
This evening was educational and was a source of networking around like-minded people to take the ‘Banting’ lifestyle to the local communities and make it affordable for them and not just the elite!
